Jack and Jasmine have both been on the show to tell their story before and why they are so passionate about raising money and awareness for Mental Health.
Both of these guys have done a lot since we last recorded, including raising $10,000 each for Mindfull AUS, changed or started new jobs and completed bucket list goals.
Jasmine have travelled as an Emergency Nurse across the country and we speak about the different health systems the country has, while Jack has turned in his passion in to a career working at Mindfull AUS.
Jack also volunteers for Lifeline taking calls from people at crisis point.
This is one of my favourite chats because we are just three friends opening up conversations we think could happen more in real life.
